Handle Sleeve

There are many ways to provide security for an outdoor gate. In some cases it may be necessary to prevent people outside the fence from reaching the inside handle on a gate.  If you happen to have a length of steel tubing handy, this approach might be the right solution.

One issue it presented however, was that the handle was difficult to reach even when you are on the inside of the gate.

It would also be difficult to operate whenever you’re holding something in your hand or if perhaps your arm was too big to fit into the tube!
