Meant to keep boat traffic from passing under certain areas of the bridge?
Are these the best tools for the job?
Are these just the best tools on hand?
Probably they’re there to tell boats not to go under that part of the bridge. I don’t know that it pays to make a special “don’t go under this part of the bridge” thing.
