Many open-air restaurants struggle with a simple issue, how to restrain the napkins so they don’t catch the breeze. I suggest mimicking this simple solution.

Yes, of course this works well for a sea-food restaurant, yet the weight can easily be replaced with a logo or another theme-relevant item.
